Astin Emporium is committed to delivering your order efficiently and reliably across Australia. This policy outlines our standard delivery process, timeframes, and how we handle any issues that may arise.
Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to residential and business addresses across Australia.
❌ Please note: we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
💲 GST & Pricing
All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST in accordance with Australian taxation law. No additional taxes will be charged at checkout.
Processing Times
Processing begins from the time your order is placed.
- Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Bulky or freight items may require longer processing times.
- Orders placed outside business hours, on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

- Delivery timeframes begin after your order has been processed.
- Shipping delays may occur during public holidays or extreme weather events.
- Incomplete or incorrect delivery details may also cause delays beyond our control.

Changing Your Delivery Address
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once an order is dispatched, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.
Unavailable or Backordered Items
Should an item become unavailable after placing your order, we will notify you by email and phone.
The temporarily out-of-stock portion of your order will be automatically cancelled and refunded, unless we hear from you within two business days requesting an alternative.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before dispatch.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and must be handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged:
- If possible, do not accept delivery and ask the courier to return it to sender.
- If already delivered, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with supporting photos and details.
We’ll assess the situation and arrange either a replacement or refund, depending on availability and claim validity.
Delays Outside Our Control
While most parcels arrive on time, some delays may occur due to:
- Public holidays
- Courier network disruptions
- Natural events or road closures
If your delivery is taking longer than expected, please reach out and we’ll assist where possible.
