💲 Delivery Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.
- Standard delivery to most metropolitan areas is a flat rate of $15.
- Remote locations may attract an additional surcharge, calculated at checkout before payment confirmation.
🚚 Dispatch Location
All orders are dispatched from our central warehouse in Sydney. Some items may be sourced from our international warehouses; please allow additional time for these products to arrive. All warranty claims and customer service are handled by our Australian-based team.
⏱️ Estimated Delivery Timeframes
- Metropolitan Areas: 3–4 business days
- Regional Areas: 7–10 business days
- Remote Areas: Up to 14 business days
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will provide you with an Estimated Date of Dispatch (EDT) to keep you informed.
