Refund policy
At Astin Emporium, we want you to shop with confidence. This policy outlines your rights under Australian Consumer Law and details how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.
30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, provided the product is:
- Unused and in original condition
- In its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. invoice or order confirmation)
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or worn products unless faulty. This includes items such as tights or intimate wear.
Change of Mind Returns
Returns for change of mind are accepted if the item meets the return conditions above. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:
1. Contact us immediately at info@astin.com.au or 1300 92 15 38
2. We’ll assess the issue and, where applicable, issue a replacement, exchange or full refund
3. For eligible claims, return shipping will be covered by us
Please report any damage within 7 days of delivery.
Backorders & Out-of-Stock Items
Should an item become unavailable after your order has been placed, we will notify you by email and phone.
The out-of-stock portion will be automatically cancelled and refunded unless we hear from you within 2 business days to confirm how you’d like to proceed.
How to Start a Return
1. Email our Customer Care team at info@astin.com.au with your order number and return request
2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
3. For faulty or incorrect items, we’ll issue a prepaid return label
4. For change-of-mind returns, postage is at your expense
❗Please do not send returns without authorisation, as they may not be processed.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for:
· Damaged or faulty items
· Incorrect product or size received
The quickest way to exchange is to return the item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
· We’ll notify you if your refund is approved
· Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
· Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to finalise the refund
· Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law
Important Notes
· We do not accept returns in-store or via kiosks
· We only accept returns sent by post
· No restocking fee applies
